The Project
Develop & test resources, recipes & methods of cookery to introduce to the culinary world the “wagyu” of lamb. Present to the farming family 10 dishes that highlight the scope of Australia’s finest lamb
The Challenge
Mid Covid with a totally unique product that had absolutely new cookery rules, unique methods of cookery developed
