Hello there internet - I’m Chef Pauly Mac. Nice to meet you!

Hello there internet, thanks very much for the opportunity to introduce myself. I’m a multifaceted chef, with dozens of private clients. I’ve looked after development for major brands in QSR (GYG, Heinz, Soul origin & Pizza hut) and worked with some of the country’s best products like Australian Pork, Meat & Livestock Australia & Margra lamb.

My current projects are as far apart as culinary aroma development for a worldwide leading in cocktail innovation (Jetchill) & Ideation, presentation, costing, training & roll out of brand-new food brands (COCO88) Superhero dad to two beautiful kids & understanding the importance of doing the right thing, we support many NFP’s with our Soupdaddy project. repurposing food waste into nutritious & delicious soups for the homeless. Based in NSW but travelling globally, I’m always looking for culinary dopamine. Love to talk about being part of your team.
