Paulymac (Paul McDonald) has been in commercial kitchens for over 25 years, from the burger joint around the corner to Michelin starred restaurants & possibly everything in-between. A commercial cookery teacher to diploma level, restaurant judge & author. Pauly has been running a successful personal chef company for years now.

He’s worked around the country as a industry expert for clients such as Australian Pork, Meat & livestock Australia & the Cancer council. As a chef he’s worked at both ends of the culinary spectrum, from the office to the pans. Below you will discover how you can invite Paulymac into your lives.

As a chef, but mostly as a dad I’ve been constantly disappointed in food available for kids. If its not a chicken nugget or mac & cheese then I’m surprised. In lots of my recent consults I’ve included a good kids menu with the thought of MY kids eating there.

Then along came PARKLIFE, attached to the Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre and facing the newly reopened Terrigal Rotary Park, we’ve been lucky enough to secure a pop up for 3 months from Feb 1.

So we have a short but terrific menu offering whole food choices for everyone at the park, terrific organic coffee, clean East coast juices & Mr Goaty gelato.

Changing weekly, we’ll be using the best local ingredients to produce snacks, lunch & treats with no high sugar or highly processed ingredients.

We look after dairy & wheat intolerances and play some pretty funky acid jazz, open Monday to Friday 10-2 at 11A Terrigal drive, Terrigal
